Any items that are listed as 'free size' generally mean that due to the design of the item it is only available in one size, but that does not necessarily mean that one size fits all. If you have any queries relating to the sizes of any items on the site, please contact us at sales@kymariennis.com and we will be only too happy to assist you.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We try to make sure that all information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. We will endeavour to represent our stock as accurately as possible and the products on our website are regularly checked for availability. On rare occasions for various reasons stock may not be available to process your order, we will email you to inform you.
Buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. Be aware that colours shown depend on many factors including your computer settings, and all sizes are approximate.
ORDER PROCESS
On receipt of you order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the order details. This is to acknowlege your order. Goods will be despatched within 24 hours, Mon - Fri, excluding Irish bank holidays. When we have despatched your order we will email you with your order tracking number.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by PAYPAL and PAYPAL EXPRESS. You do not have to be a member of PAYPAL or register to use PAYPAL EXPRESS. All prices are inclusive of Irish VAT at the current rates and are correct a the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the products price plus delivery.
DELIVERY
Delivery is by registered post which requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery will only be to the cardholders address. You can track you order at www.anpost.com. We at KYMARI have a flat rate postage charge of €5.00 to Ireland, €10.00 to UK and €15.00 to Europe. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit card company. Customers outside the Republic of Ireland will be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
RETURNS
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase please contact us at sales@kymariennis.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receipt to arrange exchange or return. Return post will be at the customers expense. Any items returned must be unused, in the original packaging with all tags attached and in a re-saleable condition in order to qualify for refund or exchange. The item is the customers responsibility until it arrives with us, therefore please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method. Please note that all ACCESSORIES AND SALE ITEMS are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
